Soir smirked. It may have ended in a truce, but she now had a broken leg. Good luck hunting with that. He almost laughed. As soon as he was far enough away from her, he let out a triumphant howl, customary to him for when he won [or in this case, basically won] a battle. He suddenly remembered the deer carcasses. He cursed loudly and started to ran back. It was a painful journey; the wounds he received hindered him. He made it to the battle scene and slow to a halt. He picked up the biggest deer and began dragging it back to his den. A good fight always made him hungry.

Tolora smirked slightly, her tail wagging as she limped. This would give her time to hunt puppies. She didn't need much strength... She just needed to act nice. Puppies where so gullible. She sniffed the air...The whined slightly. It hurt to sniff. She growled softly, and would just have to do it by just sight alone. She kept walking, then smirked. She could hear some little pups. She kept walking forward towards the pups...They where most likely lost. Many wolves did not live here. "Hello, little ones," She said in a calm voice. The little pups looked at her, and backed up a few steps. "Now now...Don't be afraid..." She said softly. "Are you lost?" The little pups nodded. "I know how to leave...Follow me." The puppies smiled, and began to follow Tolora, unafraid. Tolora went deeper and deeper into the forest. She smirked. "Oh dear...I made a wrong turn." She said, and turned to face the pups. With one, quick motion, she killed them all. Oh...yes. Tolora looked at the three little dead pups and smirked. She began to eat them, savoring every fatty soft bite.

Soir finally reached his den. Finally. He layed the deer down, and preapred to dig in. As he was about to take a bite, he heard a faint whimpering. He followed it, his curiousity sparked. [Or is it just aggitation of /another/ being on his territory?] He found a young pup, barely a few days old. Its eyes weren't yet opened. Must of been abandoned in the forest. It was adorable. Would Soir do the right thing and raise it as his own? Hell no. He smirked. "A lovely appetizer," he said cruely. He gobbled the pup in one bite. It was delicious. He walked back to the deer, and began to finally eat.

Tolora licked her blood stained chops and smirked slightly. She was done her meal...I guess you could call that. She was still hungry though...She then remembered the deer she had killed before she even met that stupid male. She turned, and began to walk back to the clearing. She growled slightly. The deer that she had fought for where gone. She snorted. That male must have eaten them. Growling, she walked off to confront him.

Soir quickly finished off the deer, satisfied for now. He yawned. His full stomach was making him tired. That fight added to it. He laid his head down on his paws and closed his eyes.

"Excuse me," Tolora growled slightly at Soir, her face red with anger. "Where did those deer go?" She snorted. She knew very well he had eaten them, but still.

Soir opened one eye and snorted. "I don't know, maybe some voltures ate them." he felt a stab of irritation. "Didn't I tell you to stay off of my territory?" he said with a slight snarl.

Tolora rolled her eyes and snorted. "I don't keep a promise." She growled. "But, I have no use here. Good bye, and good riddance" She growled, and walked away, swishing her tail behind her.

Soir rolled his eyes. "Stupid females," he muttered to himself. He yanwed ludly and laid his head back down.

Tolora snorted, easily hearing him. "Stupid males!" She said, loud enough so he could hear. She continued to walk off, looking for a den or something so she could get some rest.

Soir bared his teeth. "Try saying that to my face," he called.

Tolora chuckled and turned around to face Soir. She walked closer to him, and was right up to his face. She put her nose to his nose, and repeated. "Stupid males," She said in a single breath, her voice seductive, yet teasing.

Soir snarled. "Stupid females," he said. He crouched back and pounced on her. He rolled her over so he could see her expression when she died. He smirked and raised one paw to finish her off. "Any last words?" he said. he look into her eyes, and froze. The smirk fell off his face and he lowered his paw. He was speechless.

Tolora growled as Soir pounced on her. "Not really," She snorted, and tried desperately to push the male off. He was heavy. She then simply rolled out from under him and snorted. "Now, I will be going," She growled.

Soir shook his head. What a weird feeling. he had never felt like that before. He sneered at the female. "And don't come back," he threatened. He turned around, but looked back at her. He had this weird.... fluttery feeling in the pit of his stomach. What was wrong with him?
